A grand LED stage backdrop with motion graphics aligned to WTEC’s corporate identity formed the centrepiece, culminating in a synchronised LED button activation and digital animation reveal to mark the official prospectus launch. Full technical rehearsals, sound checks, and emcee briefings were conducted to ensure controlled execution. Coordination with the EQ Kuala Lumpur banquet team covered ballroom layout, seating arrangements, and F&B alignment, enabling a smooth and disruption-free launch experience. 

Program Management 

The event was hosted by a professional emcee and supported by a detailed event rundown, cue sheets, and on-site stage management by ACE. Key program segments included opening remarks, a corporate introduction video, and keynote addresses by WTEC’s leadership team outlining the company’s vision and investment outlook. The prospectus presentation segment provided investors with a clear and structured overview of the company’s strategic plans. The evening culminated in the official launch activation, followed by a media photo session and a structured networking cocktail session. Technical Support 

ACE provided comprehensive technical production, including a large-format LED screen, professional sound system, wireless microphones, stage lighting, and AV playback support. Special elements such as animated graphics, countdown sequences, and synchronised lighting effects were incorporated to enhance the official launch moment. All technical vendors were managed directly by ACE to ensure cohesive integration and high production standards. 

Networking Session 

Following the official launch, guests were invited to a curated networking cocktail session within the ballroom. The banquet-style arrangement provided a comfortable and elegant setting for investors to engage with WTEC’s leadership team.
