ABOUT THE EVENT 


KL Mission Days was an exclusive dinner and networking event organised by Wise Payment, bringing together 120 to 150 key stakeholders, partners, and industry professionals. Unlike a standard corporate dinner, this event was designed as a gamified networking experience. The goal was to break the ice, drive meaningful engagement, and create a memorable evening where business connections happened naturally through play. 


The event required end to end management, including door gift sourcing, game booth operations, on site coordination, bus transfers, hotel liaison, technical support, and full alcohol control.




EXECUTIONS 


Planning & Setup 

On site setup was completed successfully at SOL 40, The Met. All door gifts were sourced and aligned with Wise Payment's brand identity. The team coordinated bus transfers to ensure guests arrived and departed on schedule, eliminating late arrivals and scattered departures. As the primary hotel liaison, the team managed all venue communications, ensuring every F&B request was fulfilled without last minute surprises. 


Program Management 

The team took full ownership of the entertainment aspect of the evening. This included proposing and designing custom games suitable for a professional dinner crowd, managing game booths from setup to teardown, and stationing dedicated Game Masters at each booth to manage rules, scoring, and crowd control. 


Games were strategically placed during networking breaks, transforming awkward small talk into shared competitive fun. The team ensured that all games ran on schedule without disrupting dinner service. A dedicated Game Coordinator was assigned to oversee the transition between courses and game sessions, keeping the energy high while maintaining the evening's professional tone. 


Technical Support 

While games drove engagement, technical execution provided the foundation. The team coordinated directly with SOL 40's in house technical team to manage the sound system for clear announcements and background dining music, lighting for ambient dining and dynamic game segments, and DJ corner coordination to maintain the evening's energy levels.


Networking & Dinner Coordination 

A 150 pax dinner requires meticulous logistics. The team planned the table layout to optimise traffic flow, positioned the F&B counter to avoid long queues, placed the registration desk for smooth check in, and located game stations around the perimeter to keep the dining area clutter free. 


Full alcohol control and stock count were implemented, with every bottle accounted for from opening to closing. The team ensured responsible service throughout the evening, a critical requirement for a professional crowd.
