Recron annual dinner is a yearly corporate event held to celebrate staff achievements, foster teamwork and boost motivation. The celebration for this year was hosted at Royale Chulan Hotel, featuring entertainments, awards and focusing objective on Recron successful effort and commitment for future success.

Our team worked closely with Recron’s organizing committee to meticulously plan and deliver Recron Annual Dinner 2025 flawlessly. The setup at Royale Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur was designed to reflect the elegance and prestige of the occasion. An organized stage layout, ambient lighting, high quality audio-visual system and a well- planned seating arrangement create a warm environment and sophisticated atmosphere for all guests. 

Program Management: 

The evening program was carefully planned to ensure a smooth flow and engaging experience for all guests.  From guest arrival to closing moments, each segment was managed according to the event rundown. The event crew were well-coordinated throughout the rehearsals and cue sheets, allowing smooth transitions between segments to take place flawlessly and on schedule. 

Technical Support:  

Our technical team ensured flawless execution of all audio-visual elements. LED screens, ambiance lighting, and crystal-clear sound systems that carry the presentation and on-stage moments, Enhancing the experience by giving them an eye-catching moment. Continuous technical and on-site troubleshooting ensured uninterrupted program flow from the start to finish. 

Dinner & Guest Experience: 

The formal program was complemented by a premium dining experience, with guests enjoying a well-served menu in a sophisticated setting. The guests had the opportunity to connect, celebrate achievements and strengthen professional relationships in a warm and refined environment, making the event a memorable experience for all attendees.
