• This sustainable switch supported recyclability and biodegradability, minimizing the event’s environmental footprint.

2. Digital Transformation:

• Instant Photobooth Experience: Instead of physical prints, guests accessed their photos via QR codes, allowing instant mobile downloads — reducing paper and ink waste.

• Event Communication Digitized:
  • 9 LED screens inside the ballroom projected key QR codes periodically, eliminating the need for physical prints.

• TV screens in the foyer showcased the event’s key visuals and seating plans digitally, replacing traditional printed boards.

3. Green Campaign Support:

• ACE extended the celebration’s impact by championing a tree planting initiative under the “RESTORE OUR AMAZING RAINFOREST” campaign, reinforcing a tangible commitment to a greener future.
