The Parkson Credit 10th Anniversary Celebration 2025 was a large-scale corporate milestone event celebrating a decade of growth and achievements. Held at the Citrine & Ruby Ballroom, One World Hotel, the event brought together approximately 600 guests, including management, partners, and stakeholders, for an evening of recognition, entertainment, and networking. The programme combined formal ceremonial moments with live performances and interactive elements, creating a memorable and engaging anniversary celebration.

 The objective of the event was to commemorate Parkson Credit’s 10-year milestone while reinforcing brand identity, stakeholder appreciation, and organisational pride. The celebration aimed to deliver a high-impact experiential dinner that balanced corporate significance with entertainment, engagement, and meaningful moments of recognition.

EXECUTIONS 

Event Concept, Key Visuals & Branding
A cohesive set of event key visuals was developed through art adaptation and content design, aligned with Parkson Credit’s brand identity. This included animated e-backdrops, static title slides, rostrum branding, TV signage, A3 directional signage, e-invitations, RSVP registration visuals, and presentation templates, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints. 

Stage Design & Grand Photowall
A grand photowall served as the main visual statement of the event, creating a strong first impression and photo opportunity for guests. The stage environment was enhanced with animated visuals, countdown content, and supporting digital assets to elevate the overall atmosphere. 

Programme Flow & Ceremonial Highlights
The event flow was carefully managed to guide guests from registration and VIP arrival through key programme segments, including welcome addresses, opening and special remarks, toasting and cake-cutting ceremony, corporate video presentations, and formal dinner service. Each segment was supported by precise cueing and on-ground coordination. 

Entertainment & Performances
Live entertainment played a central role in the evening, featuring a professional live band and a special performance by local artist Soo Wincci, delivering a curated set across multiple languages. A star entrance segment added a moment of excitement and emphasis to the programme flow. 

Audio-Visual & Technical Production
Comprehensive audio, lighting, and video systems were deployed to support speeches, performances, and visual content throughout the ballroom. A video switcher system enabled seamless transitions between live camera feeds, presentations, and video playback. 

Event Video & Media Production
An event video was produced to capture the celebration, supported by moodboard development, multi-day shooting, teleprompter operation, and aerial drone footage. Professional photography coverage ensured key moments were documented, with selected images displayed live during the event and shared digitally via QR access. 

Guest Engagement & Interactive Elements
Interactive experiences included an instant photobooth with digital sharing, lucky draw sessions across multiple rounds, a grand lucky draw, and themed engagement activities. Registration management was supported through QR-based RSVP and on-site scanning to ensure smooth guest flow. 

ESG Initiative Integration
An ESG segment was incorporated into the celebration through a tree-planting initiative supporting the Restore Our Amazing Rainforest (ROAR) programme, reflecting Parkson Credit’s commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility..
