Eid Al Fitr Open House

The Aramco Eid Al Fitr Open House ran from 5.30pm to 9.30pm with approximately 200 guests in attendance, combines a festive corporate celebration with traditional cultural elements. The event offered an immersive experience for Aramco staff, partners, and VIPs, with live performances, photobooth experiences, and curated dining arrangements, all reflecting the spirit of Hari Raya. 


The objective of the event was to celebrate the Eid Al Fitr festival with Aramco employees and partners while strengthening corporate culture and engagement. The event aimed to create a warm, festive atmosphere that honoured traditional celebrations, provided entertainment, and facilitated social interaction among guests, while maintaining a professional and well-managed programme. 



EXECUTIONS


Event Branding & Creative Elements 

The event featured a custom backdrop photowall measuring 14ft by 10ft, designed with layered visuals to enhance the aesthetic of the ballroom and serve as a key photo opportunity. Stage design covered an area of 20ft by 10ft and was tailored to host live performances and ceremonial segments. Floral arrangements were provided for table centrepieces, including VVIP, VIP, and guest tables, as well as buffet, dessert, and bar counters, complementing the festive décor and enhancing the visual appeal of the venue. Key visuals and EDMs were developed to maintain consistent branding and communications across the event. 


Entertainment & Programme 

The evening’s entertainment featured a Ghazal performance across three 30-minute sets by a five-member ensemble comprising accordion, violin, bass, guitar, and percussion. The performance included a curated song list of traditional Hari Raya favourites, such as “Selamat Hari Raya Ahmad Jais” and “Indahnya Beraya Di Desa,” providing guests with a festive musical experience. The programme also included registration, a photobooth experience with on-site printing, a group photo for the Aramco Committee at the event’s closing.

The Aramco Eid Al Fitr Open House was successfully executed as a vibrant and well-coordinated celebration, combining cultural entertainment, festive décor, and professional event management. The Ghazal performances, photobooth experiences, and curated dining arrangements contributed to a memorable evening for all attendees. With careful coordination between technical, creative, and logistical teams, the event delivered a seamless and engaging experience that celebrated the spirit of Hari Raya while fostering corporate engagement.
