ABOUT THE EVENT 

The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) Confernment 2025 was a formal ceremony honoring professionals who have achieved significant milestones in their banking careers. Held at Sasana Kijang, the event brought together approximately 300 guests including conferment recipients, dignitaries, and industry leaders. With less than one month of preparation time, the a.c.e team delivered a technically demanding event that required precise floorplan management, careful visual coordination, and full audiovisual production to match the prestige of the occasion. 

EXECUTIONS 

Planning & Setup 

The a.c.e team have delivered efficiently all planning and logistics coordination. On site setup was completed within sufficient time, ensuring the venue was fully ready before the event day. Key production elements included a custom backdrop, physical cladding for the LED riser, and careful attention to all visual branding requirements. 

Program Management 

The a.c.e team managed floorplan management, ensuring the LED size was appropriate for the venue, sufficient space was allocated for guest movement and seating, and live feed camera locations were strategically positioned for optimal coverage. We also worked closely with the client to review and approve all visuals before the event, ensuring brand consistency and professional presentation. 

Technical Support 

We provided a full technical production package suitable for a formal conferment ceremony, including LED wall, sound system, lighting, live streaming, and LED switcher. The live feed allowed all 300 guests to have a clear view of the stage and conferment moments, while the LED switcher ensured seamless transitions between presentations, speaker feeds, and visual content. 

Conferment Ceremony Execution 

The event ran smoothly with careful coordination of speaker transitions, conferment processes, and visual playback. The physical cladding for the LED riser added a polished, professional look to the stage design, elevating the overall aesthetic for this prestigious occasion.
