ABOUT THE EVENT 

The Mr. DIY Physical AGM was a formal annual general meeting held at Nexus Connexion Auditorium for over 200 shareholders and stakeholders. As a major retail brand, Mr. DIY required a professional, seamless AGM experience that reflected the company's scale and corporate governance standards. 

EXECUTIONS 

Planning & Setup 

The a.c.e team placed strong emphasis on SLV coordination and visual accuracy throughout the preparation process, recognising the high level of attention required for an AGM setting. Multiple rounds of checks were conducted to ensure that slides, branding, and on-screen information were accurate, aligned, and presentation-ready. 

With careful planning, technical precision, and close attention to detail, the team ensured a smooth and professional AGM experience that reflected the importance of clear communication and stakeholder confidence.

Program Management 

The team managed screen planning, on site coordination, and visual checklist execution. This included ensuring the right content appeared on the right screens at the right time, coordinating with presenters and the board of directors, and maintaining a master visual checklist that was signed off before each segment of the meeting. 

Technical Support 

Full technical production was provided including sound system for clear audio during speeches and voting, lighting system for proper stage visibility and photography, streaming capability for any remote viewing requirements, and LED switcher to manage multiple screens and content sources seamlessly.
