ABOUT THE EVENT 

The Oxford Innotech Prospectus Launch was a corporate milestone event held at Park Royal Collection KL, bringing together 100 to 150 investors, partners, and media for the official unveiling of the company's prospectus. 

The team have delivered the task for the planning and on-site set up within the timeline planned. Key deliverables included visual creation, launch video production, sound, light and visual management, and technical elements such as confetti and backdrop. The team executed a seamless prospectus launch that celebrated Oxford Innotech's upcoming listing. 

EXECUTIONS 

Planning & Setup 

Preparation was completed within the timeline proposed. On site setup was completed in just half a day, demonstrating the team's efficiency and strong coordination with the venue. The team acted as hotel liaison with Park Royal Collection KL to ensure all logistical requirements were communicated and fulfilled without last minute issues. 

Program Management 

The team took ownership of visual creation and launch video production, ensuring all on screen content aligned with Oxford Innotech's brand identity and the significance of the prospectus unveiling. Sound, light, and visual management was handled end to end, alongside full on site coordination to keep the program running on schedule from guest arrival to the final networking segment. 

Technical Support 

Full technical production was delivered including sound system for clear speeches and announcements, lighting for stage and photography, launch video playback at the precise moment of unveiling, other supporting visuals throughout the program, confetti effect to mark the climax of the prospectus launch, and branded backdrop for stage presentation and photo opportunities.
