ABOUT THE EVENT 

The iCents Group Holdings Prospectus Launch marked a significant milestone for the company as it unveiled its prospectus to investors, partners, and media ahead of its listing. The event brought together 180 key stakeholders at the Collection Ballroom, Parkroyal Collection KL, requiring a formal yet engaging atmosphere suitable for a corporate milestone celebration. 

The team needed to deliver a polished, high stakes event that included a formal prospectus unveiling, stage presentations, and networking elements. The client was responsive and receptive to advice, which accelerated decision making and kept the planning process on track. 

EXECUTIONS 

Planning & Setup 

The preparation timeline was prepared for a smooth planning process. The client was quick in their responses and consistently listened to the team's advice, which eliminated prolonged decision making cycles and last minute changes. This collaborative dynamic allowed the team to lock in vendors, finalise the program, and execute without friction. 

Program Management 

The team managed the overall prospectus launch program by coordinating closely with the emcee throughout the event. A key partnership was established with CFIR (Centre for Investor Relations) to manage the launching ceremony and stage movement. This collaboration ensured that the prospectus unveiling moment was executed with precision, proper positioning, and appropriate gravitas for a corporate listing event. 

Technical Support 

Unlike relying on in house venue equipment, the team brought in their own audio system, lighting system, and video switcher system. This decision ensured full control over production quality and eliminated the risk of unfamiliar or underpowered venue equipment. The result was clear audio for speeches, professional lighting for the stage and photography, and seamless video switching for any screen content.
