ABOUT THE EVENT 

The I3 Investor Launch & Conference was a two-day event held at DoubleTree by Hilton, bringing together 200 to 250 investors, industry professionals, and key stakeholders. The event marked the official launch of I3 Investor, combined with a structured conference programme designed to facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, and industry discussions. 

The event required end-to-end management, including speaker coordination, content management, registration handling, and onsite execution. Supported by full technical production, the conference successfully delivered a professional and engaging experience that aligned with the expectations of an investor-focused audience. 

EXECUTION 

Program Management 

Speakers across both days were managed through detailed scheduling, including arrival coordination, technical rehearsals, and stage cueing. Presentation content such as slides and videos was centrally coordinated to ensure accuracy and seamless transitions throughout the programme. 

Registration was structured to accommodate 200 to 250 attendees efficiently, minimising waiting time and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Onsite coordination ensured all sessions ran according to schedule, maintaining consistency across both days. 

Technical Support 

A complete AV setup was deployed, ensuring clear audio delivery for keynote sessions and panel discussions. Lighting was designed to enhance stage visibility and support professional documentation through photography and videography. 

Registration counters were organised with clear directional flow, while badges and lanyards were prepared in advance to support attendee identification and networking.
