ABOUT THE EVENT 

The APLMA Conference was a one day professional conference held at Four Seasons KL, organised by APLMA HK for 140 industry participants. The event required focused execution on stage management and registration, with full technical production provided by the team. The team delivered a seamless conference experience that allowed attendees to focus on content while the team handled all behind the scenes operations.

EXECUTIONS 

Planning & Setup 

Preparation was completed within efficient timeline that required clear communication with the organiser based in Hong Kong. On site setup was done within one day at Four Seasons KL, demonstrating the team's ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

Program Management 

The team managed stage management and registration only, as these were the core responsibilities assigned by APLMA HK. Stage management included coordinating speaker transitions, cue timing, and ensuring presenters were ready backstage. Registration was handled smoothly to get 140 guests checked in and seated without long queues. 

Technical Support 

Full technical production was provided by the team including LED screen for presentation visuals, video switcher to manage multiple content sources and screen outputs, audio system for clear speaker and panel discussion sound, and lighting system for stage visibility and professional ambience.
