Cohesity: Catalyst on the Road was a networking conference designed to bring together 80 to 100 industry professionals, partners, and clients across Singapore and Jakarta. The event aimed to facilitate high-value connections, showcase thought leadership, and create a seamless platform for knowledge sharing. EXECUTIONS 

Planning & Setup 

Despite a tight preparation window of only one month, the a.c.e team successfully delivered full event readiness. On-site setup and rehearsal were completed within one day, thanks to proactive coordination with the client. The client supported execution by submitting slides on time and accommodating last-minute changes on the spot. To improve guest check-in efficiency, we suggested using sticker printing for badges for walk-in guests and last-minute registrants, eliminating bottlenecks and reducing waste. 

Program Management 

Although Cohesity provided their own in-house emcee, the a.c.e team worked seamlessly alongside them.
