ABOUT THE EVENT 

Cohesity Catalyst on the Road Jakarta was a networking conference designed to bring together 80 to 100 industry professionals, partners, and clients. Held at Pullman Hill Street Jakarta, the event aimed to foster meaningful connections, highlight thought leadership, and provide a seamless platform for knowledge sharing. 

The event was delivered through strong coordination, adaptability, and efficient execution, ensuring every element came together smoothly on event day. Supported by full technical production, the conference achieved a strong balance between structured content delivery and organic networking opportunities, creating a professional and engaging experience for all attendees.

EXECUTION 

Planning and Setup

The event was delivered through efficient coordination with the client, ensuring presentation materials were submitted on time and last-minute adjustments were handled smoothly. With clear planning and responsive communication, the team was able to support a seamless event experience from preparation to execution. 

To enhance registration efficiency, pre-printed badges were prepared in advance for confirmed attendees, while a flexible sticker solution was introduced for walk-in guests and late registrants. This approach improved onsite adaptability, supported a smoother guest experience, and helped reduce unnecessary material wastage. 

Program Management
An in house emcee from Cohesity led the programme, supported closely by the team through accurate stage cues and continuous coordination. This ensured a smooth programme flow and confident delivery throughout the event. 

The team maintained strong on ground collaboration, proactively addressing challenges and providing real time solutions to ensure uninterrupted execution. 

Technical Support
A complete technical setup was deployed, including audio for clear communication, lighting for stage visibility and ambience, and a switcher system to manage multiple content outputs seamlessly. A professional photographer was also engaged to capture key moments for post event use. 

Networking and Dinner
Close coordination with the venue ensured smooth food and beverage service. A dedicated networking session at the foyer, complemented by drinks and light refreshments, created a relaxed environment for meaningful interactions among attendees.
