The Cotecna Workshop 2025 brought together approximately 200 employees at the Diamond Ballroom, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, for an informative and focused learning session. Designed as a strategic internal workshop, the event aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and insights required to successfully penetrate the Saudi Arabian market. 

The primary objective of the Cotecna Workshop 2025 was to educate and prepare employees for the company’s planned expansion into the Saudi market. The session was designed to provide comprehensive market insights and regulatory understanding, align internal teams on strategic direction and compliance expectations, strengthen cross-department collaboration, and build organisational confidence in approaching a new international operating environment.

Planning and Setup

ACE was appointed to deliver the workshop end-to-end, covering creative development, technical production, and on-site execution. Responsibilities included key visual and presentation template design aligned with Cotecna’s corporate identity, registration coordination, spatial and stage planning, and full audio-visual setup with console management. Preparation was carried out in close coordination with internal stakeholders to align content, speaker requirements, and technical specifications.  

Programme Management 

The workshop commenced with a keynote address by a senior representative, establishing the strategic context for the day’s discussions. A professional interpreter facilitated clear multilingual communication, particularly during sessions addressing regulatory frameworks and market entry strategies. Programme flow was managed through a detailed rundown and real-time coordination, ensuring disciplined timing, smooth speaker transitions, and effective communication between the technical team and presenters. 

Engagement and Learning Environment 

The ballroom layout was configured to foster a focused yet interactive learning atmosphere, encouraging participation and dialogue among attendees. The structured agenda, supported by a professional production setup, reinforced the significance of Cotecna’s expansion plans while equipping employees with practical knowledge and strategic alignment for the Saudi market initiative.
