OBJECTIVES

Safran was looking for a special and memorable experience that reinforce the importance of innovation and continuous improvement, which are central to their business strategy and vision. The dinner was also keen on recognising and rewarding the team members for their hard work and contributions and aimed to inspire and motivate them to live the mission and embrace the vision for the future. 

STRATEGY

An annual dinner can be theme, format, and run with fun activities. We identified the target audiences and tailored the theme and activities accordingly. We carefully took into consideration the event elements, such as the venue, agenda, food, and decor, that would satisfy the diverse group.

EXECUTIONS

Themed with a broadway party, everyone was able to celebrate by dressing their favourite movie star, from the Joker, James Bond, or even Maleficent herself. We also incorporated the fun and engaging elements around the event venue that enhance the welcoming and sophisticated ambience.
