OBJECTIVES

The objective of this event was to provide a memorable and enjoyable evening for KL-Kepong Oleomas and its guests while celebrating their annual dinner. The event was themed “Taste of Asia”, and the goal is to create an immersive experience that highlights the diversity and richness of Asian cultures.

STRATEGY

To achieve the event objective, a.c.e designed a multi-faceted event that caters to the diverse interests and preferences of the total 700 pax attendees. The event strategy involved creating an ambience that captures the essence of Asia through decor, lighting, and entertainment. We provided a range of activities that engage guests, such as party games and lucky draw, to encourage socialization and networking.
