The Nomura ASEAN Conference 2025, organised by Nomura Singapore Limited, was held at the Diamond Ballroom, Mandarin Oriental, with an attendance of approximately 150 to 200 delegates comprising regional corporate leaders, investors, and industry professionals. The conference was conducted as a focused business forum featuring moderated discussions and presentations, requiring precise technical coordination and a professional stage environment aligned with Nomura’s corporate standards. \


The objective of the conference was to provide a platform for in-depth discussions on ASEAN market trends, investment outlooks, and regional economic developments. The event aimed to facilitate meaningful engagement between speakers, moderators, and delegates while ensuring smooth programme flow, clear communication, and a polished corporate presentation throughout the conference sessions. 




Event Branding & Onsite Setup 

Onsite branding was executed to reinforce Nomura’s corporate identity across key touchpoints. Rostrum branding and a stage backdrop were installed to frame the main stage and speaker areas, while custom 3D alphabet branding blocks were positioned to enhance visual impact and brand presence. Delegate identification was supported through the production of pre-printed badges on recycled paper with punch holes, aligning with sustainability considerations while maintaining a professional finish. 

Technical & Conference Management

The technical setup was designed to support panel discussions and moderated sessions efficiently. Audio and lighting systems were deployed to ensure clear sound reinforcement and appropriate stage illumination for speakers and panelists. A video switcher system was utilised to manage live content flow, supported by comfort monitors positioned for speaker and moderator reference. iPads were provided for moderators to assist with session control and discussion flow, while a Perfect Cue light system with remote clickers and a DSAN countdown timer were integrated to maintain precise timekeeping throughout the programme.  

Interactive & Delegate Engagement

Slido management was implemented to facilitate audience interaction during Q&A segments, enabling delegates to submit and engage with questions in a structured and moderated manner. This ensured effective two-way communication while maintaining session control and adherence to the event agenda.
