Since 2022, A.C.E has proudly collaborated with Boston Consulting Group, known as BCG, to deliver a series of excellent team-building events. These events are conducted annually and were designed to foster team cohesion and synergy among BCG’s staff.  Many of BCG team building activities have been successfully executed over each year in between of 100 and 200 participants. The program featured a mix of indoor activities hosted at prestigious hotels and energetic outdoor activities set in the city of Kuala Lumpur

BCG’s team-building activities aim to foster stronger relationship and open communication among the team members with an engaging and enjoyable experience. These activities also enhance a problem-solving skills, boost engagement and trust.

EXECUTIONS
 Each BCG team building was meticulously planned and executed, featuring a balanced combination of indoor and outdoor activities. Facilitators were strategically selected to guide participants through an engaging activity that seamlessly blended learning with enjoyment. A series of games, thoughtfully designed to align with BCG’s objective, which is encouraging teamwork, collaboration and enhanced problem-solving capabilities.  

Games Variety:
 A.C.E ensured a memorable experience by conducting a diverse range of activities starting from strategic challenges to high-energy games. This various game is to maintain participant’s enthusiasm and motivation, ultimately fostering a stronger relationship among the team members.

Competitions and Rewards:  

Friendly competition was introduced throughout team-based challenges, high-performing teams will receive a complimentary prize as reward for their excellent performance. This competitive element not only heightened excitement but also encouraged effective team spirit and problem-solving capabilities. 

Engaging Exploration: 

This event also allows BCG’s team members to explore Malaysia’s cultural places and scenic attractions, creating opportunities for connection and interaction outside of office environments.
