2. Seamless Event Execution:

• VIP and Speaker Management: Organized the entrance and seating for VIPs, ensuring a dignified and smooth welcome. Coordinated the introduction of keynote speakers and managed transitions between sessions to maintain the event’s flow.
• Session and Logistics Management: Efficiently managed keynote sessions, facilitated Q&A through interactive tools like Sli.do, and ensured active participation. Prepared the venue with necessary technology and seating arrangements, and organized breaks to ensure smooth transitions and attendee comfort.

3. Inclusivity and International Coordination:

• Engagement and Inclusivity: Coordinated group photo sessions to capture memorable moments and ensured active participation for lucky draw eligibility by tracking session attendance through sticker distribution.
• International Event Execution: Demonstrated our capability to manage international events by executing the event seamlessly in Macao, highlighting our expertise in handling logistics and coordination across borders. Provided clear instructions for upcoming activities, ensuring all attendees were well-informed and engaged throughout the event.
