This covered the ballroom arrangements, seating layout for investors and media, registration counters, catering coordination and proper VIP hospitality. Our team ensured that the venue setup aligned with the client’s expectations while maintaining a comfortable experience for all attendees.

Technical Support:  

Our technical team ensured a smooth and uninterrupted technical support. From audio-visual system to LED screens, we ensured all equipment were tested in advance to guarantee seamless live presentation, uninterrupted sound and excellent visual quality.
