• The team managed all aspects from stage setup to guest arrangements. This included arranging awards, setting up registration, and conducting rehearsals with the emcee and live band.
• Ensured all technical equipment, such as audio-visual setup, LED screens, and lighting, were tested and ready.

2. Event Program

• Guest Arrival and Registration: Welcomed guests with refreshments and managed the registration process smoothly.
• Speeches and Dinner: Key speeches were delivered by Mr. Michael See, Managing Director, followed by dinner accompanied by live band performances.

3. Interactive Activities

• Games and Contests: Guests participated in a Scavenger Hunt and a couple game, with awards presented to winners. The best-dressed contest featured nominees catwalking, adding excitement to the evening.

4. Award Ceremonies: Presented appreciation awards to partners and long-serving employees. Included a ceremonial cake cutting with key department heads, followed by a group photo session.

5. Closing: The emcee concluded the event with closing remarks, and the night ended with a final live band performance.
