OBJECTIVES

The event aimed to launch the Bursa Carbon Exchange (BCX), Malaysia’s pioneer voluntary carbon market. The launch event was officiated by the Minister of Natural Resources, Environment & Climate Change, YB Tuan Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad. The objective of the BCX was to enable companies to trade voluntary carbon credits from climate-friendly projects and solutions, with the aim to offset their emission footprint and meet climate goals.

The launch event of Bursa Carbon Exchange (BCX) was designed with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness.
